Return Policy

We understand that may be reasons that you want to return your product to us. We want to simplify the process to make it easy for both of us.

Simple Return Rules:

  1. If Zi Direct has made an error of any kind. Please email us first most issues can be handled over the phone without the extra costs of shipping that you would normally incur. So talk to us first and let us fix it.
  2. If you are unhappy with the products you purchased and want a refund. You will need to contact us within ten days of receiving your package. Zi Direct will not accept any opened bottles. The bottles that have been opened will be charged retail price from the price of your refund.
  3. Zi Direct will charge a $15 dollar restocking for all returns regardless of size, this charge will be deducted from your refund.
  4. With any issue, we want to hear from you first. Most issues can be handled before the product is returned, so please keep this in mind when ordering or contemplating a return.
