What makes us different ?

All orders will ship out within 24 hours, although most orders will ship same day if the order is put in before 1pm. All orders after 1pm will ship next day.

We now use The United States Post Office, Fed Ex and UPS, for all shipments. Once your package leaves our facility it is in the hands of USPS and we do not control their shipping times. Zi Direct is not responsible for USPS shipping times or delays caused by the USPS. Also if you package was delivered in the USPS tracking system and your package was not there please contact your local USPS for further details, again we cannot be responsible for theft or errors cause by the USPS. Nor the USPS will not give us any information on your package if we call them due to security reasons. So you must call your local office first. But keep us in the loop of any issues so we can work with you to help get it resolved.

If you would like overnight or prefer a different  shipping carrier please tell us by email. The cost for shipping will be your sole  responsibility. Zi Direct does not plan on making money for shipping whatever the cost is, that is what you will pay.

We are open 24/7 ! 

All National Holidays are observed, Zi Direct will be closed on those days and shipping will be delayed during holiday times so please keep that in mind when ordering.
